1) Accountability - It's the same old story. You want to get in shape. You join the gym. You start working out. It becomes dull and you lack motivation. There's a reason Dave is a beast! He's motivated. He's hungry.. And he will keep you motivated. He will keep you hungry. Dave knows that the number one reason people drop out of a work out program is lack of motivation. This will be a NON-ISSUE when you work with Dave Cenidoza! He will be on top of you like a hawk! Let's move on.

2) Injury Prevention - With any sport or physical activity, there's a chance of injury, however, when you exercise properly, it will actually reduce the risk of injury. People have this backwards! They don't want to lift weights because they fear injury! Well, the only way to get stronger is to lift weight! Dave's approach is to take it slow. Rome wasn't built in a day! Form and function take priority to how much you can l lift. Dave will teach you everything you need to know about getting stronger...SAFELY!!!
