Train at our Facility
Workout in a new, extremely clean, state of the art facility. Baltimore Kettlebell Club has everything you need to get in shape, and stay in shape! Cardio equipment, Kettlebells, Dumbbells, Barbells, Bikes, Rowers, Ropes, Rings, Pullup Bars, Slam Balls, Squat Racks, Boxes, Jump Ropes, Tires.

In-Home TrainingFor those with a private gym, or fitness facility within their condo or apartment complex.
Dave will travel to you and start off with an assessment. All base measurements will be taken, and your fitness level will be evaluated. Any past or present injuries will be discussed. Once it is determined that you can exercise safely, they will create a program catered towards your needs. You will learn at your own pace. THERE IS NO QUICK FIX! However, they will KEEP YOU MOTIVATED and on track to meet your goals. Pricing: $200 / 1-Hr Session (Must purchase minimum 2 Sessions) When you purchase your first two sessions, the initial evaluation is at no cost. |
Virtual TrainingWorkout at home, at your own pace, with Dave leading the way through Zoom. Discuss your goals with Dave and develop a plan of attack. Specific equipment that cater towards your goals will be required to participate in virtual fitness.
